Know Before You Book

The purchases of any travel services offered by SSBay means your acceptance of the terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand al terms and conditions before booking.
Your reservation will be cancelled if deposite is not receieved by SSBay on due date (required in 3 days after the guest reserved). Deposite is required at time of rserving space for you.
All travel products provided by SSBay is non-refundable and non-tranferrable.
SSBay does not provide Pick-Up service at Ferry Pier. Please contact SSBay for any assistance and questions. Know Before you book the package tour.
3-11 years old children deduct 200NTD of adult price in package tour.
Children (must under 7 yrs old) who share bed with adult are charged 1100NTD. The price includes a roundtrip ferry ticket, admission, dinner, and breakfast.
We do not charge children who are under 3 years old. Please buy a insurance from the ticket window.
No Pet allowed (Guide Dog except).
Riding any motor vehicles must have valid driver licences or any international driver permits. If you don't have any permits, please tell us at time of booking.
No additional dinner meal request allow on the arrival/lodging day.
Please notify SSBay regarding your transportation and dinner choices before 7 days of your arrival day .
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

There room charges for children 3 years old and older who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians, using existing bedding fee vary depending on room section and hotel policy.
Early arrival guests can temporarily place/unload your bags or laggaues in our conference room.
Similarly, for late departures, we will be glad to store your bags in conference room prior your departing ferry time.
