Lodging Terms

• SBBay has right to arrange guestrooms. If you have any needs of rooms, please tell the clerk when making reservation. After you check-in, changing types of rooms is not allowed.
• Superior room: NTD 1000/per bed which includes personal hygiene kit and breakfast . The recommended extra bed for each room is ONE.
• For lodging quality, the hotel insists all the visitors/room must to inform the actual lodging numbers while you make reservation. NDT 500/person charges the service fee for additional lodging member (package tour and additional bed guests except) If you need an extra bed, we have standard single bed available.
• In order to take effort on Earth-friendly, we offer accommodation discounts if you are stay more than one night, and would not have your sheets changed.
• Accommodation price does not include fees of piers Pick-up service. Contact us to make a reservation for pick-up service or rent scooters to the SBBay.
• Please complete the deposit transition in three days after you reserved the rooms. The deposit is your total amount of 30%. Please notify your deposit amount and last 5 digits of account number after you make the payment.

• Reservation deposit is required.
• Check-in time starts at: 3 PM (recommend after 12:00 PM private ferry to Xiao Liuqiu) ; Check-out time is: 11 AM.
• Government-issued photo identification or passport is required at check-in for incidental charges.

• We adopt a bed with a comforter. Additional comforter will be charge.
• To ensure the safety and comfort of accommodation for guests, if the guests cause damages to any facilities or equipment, we would require to pay the cost of these.
• Pets prohibited (EXCEPT guide dogs)

Package Notes

• Once purchased, the package cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.
• Package includes travel related products, and each product has its own terms and condition. Make sure you understand them.
• You must ensure that the name on a booking is correct. This cannot be changed after paying dowmpayment.
• Retain your ferry ticket and have it available for inspection until the ned of your trip.
• For your safety, please wear helmets while riding any motor vehicles.
• Scenic area voucher is an admission to enter into beauty cave, ghost cave, and wild boar trench.
• Scenic area voucher, the admission that has been lost, stolen or mislaid cannot be replaced.
• Time of night tour is 8pm. The meeting point is reception hall in Shanban Bay Inn.
