Cancellation and Deposit Refund Policy

• Notification on arrival day: Nonrefundable
• Notification prior 1 day of arrival day: 20% refund
• Notification prior 2-3 days of arrival day: 30% refund
• Notification prior 4-6 days of arrival day: 40% refund
• Notification prior 7-9 days of arrival day: 50% refund
• Notification prior 10-13 days of arrival day: 70% refund
• Notification prior 14 days of arrival day: 80% refund
• Cancellation or reschedule is unacceptable, but natural disasters. Please contact SSBay for details.
• If there meet any reasons result in Ferry service closed, full refund or reschedule permitted (only 6 months).
• Typhoon or Tropical Cyclone Warning definition: Pingtong County announces Typhoon warning or work and school close.
• Any travel operator or agent used by guests to make 3 or less rooms reservation has to agree and also notify guests terms and conditions.

• More 4 room reserved is regarded as group bookings.
• Deposite is required at the time of making your group booking. This deposit amount is non-refundable.
• Prior to 21 days of arrival you are able to amend your booking that does not drop below 10% of your rooms reservation. Reduce rooms(over 10%), your final balance will be added 200 NTD/per room.

• A group booking can not be cancelled or rescheduled at any time. Your deposit will not be given.
